On Saturday one of my employees, Lisa, celebrated her birthday. A big crowd of family, friends and colleagues turned out to celebrate with her. What made me happy was how many of our vendors we are able to maintain a social relationship with. Practically the whole staff of one of the lighting companies we use was there!
It is always fantastic to get to know people outside of work and Saturday was a great opportunity to do just that. Parties like Lisa’s make us remember why we like to throw parties in the first place.
